More about us

We come to you

Home visits, not just phone calls — with the participant, not only about them.

Plain words, always

If we use an acronym without explaining it, pull us up on it. Easy-read versions on request.

Your choice, your control

We present real options and the trade-offs. You decide — and you can change providers, including us, any time.

No cost to you

Funded from the Capacity Building budget in your plan, at or under NDIS price limits. First conversation free.

We follow through

Waitlists chased, agreements finished, reports lodged before your plan review.

— How it works

From first phone call to supports in place.

  1. Step 01

    You get in touch

Call, email or send the referral form. You, a family member or a plan manager — anyone can start it.

  2. Step 02

    A free first conversation

We check what's funded in the plan and what you want to change. No obligation, no cost.

  3. Step 03

    We match your coordinator

You're paired with someone who knows your situation — and you meet them before anything is signed.

  4. Step 04

    Your plan starts working

Providers booked, agreements in place, someone checking in — and reports ready for review time.

— Frequently asked

Answers, before you ask.

What does a support coordinator actually do?

We help you understand your plan, find and connect with providers, set up service agreements, and build your confidence to run your own supports over time. We don't deliver personal care, and we don't pay your invoices.

Is support coordination in my plan?

Look under Capacity Building for "Support Connection", "Coordination of Supports" or "Specialist Support Coordination". Not sure? Call us and we'll read it with you.

Does it cost me anything?

Nothing out of pocket. It's funded from the Capacity Building budget in your plan, charged at or under NDIS price limits. The first conversation is free.
